Aldershot — one of Burlington’s best-known and most desirable neighbourhoods, especially for buyers who value mature trees, larger lots, waterfront access, parks and proximity to Hamilton and the GO station.

A few other recognizable Burlington neighbourhoods are Roseland, Shoreacres, Millcroft, The Orchard, Alton Village, Tyandaga, Brant Hills, and Downtown Burlington.

For real-estate marketing, I’d probably choose Aldershot, Roseland or Shoreacres because the names are recognizable and carry a strong residential identity.
